Our Dream

Denise and I are just an ordinary couple in love with Jesus.  Yet, as we look in the Scripture, we see that throughout history, God uses ordinary people to accomplish extra-ordinary things.  He is glorified as weak people display His strength, and as average people bear much fruit.  We know that God is omnipotent and loving.  Therefore we have a great dream....based not on who we are or what we can do, but based upon the person, work, and power of Jesus Christ.

We believe that God works in and through the church.  The church is the powerhouse of God designed to change the world.  We also believe that in order for a church to be strong, it must have strong leadership.  We also believe that the greatest and highest purpose in all of creation is to know and love God.

Therefore, our dream is to help pastors and leaders know God better and love Him more.  Our passion is to equip leaders to live in grace, to walk by faith, and to experience the reality of the life of Christ in thier lives.  We are not seeking to teach 'theology' in the ivory tower sense of the word.  We want to help pastors learn how to communicate, problem solve, resolve conflicts, plan, prepare, devise programs, and become students of their community so that they can discern the best way to reach the most people for the Lord Jesus Christ.  We want to help pastors with the nuts and bolts of daily ministry and equip them to become creative leaders in their churches and communities.

Our ultimate dream is to radically impact the country of Bolivia, and then the continent of South America, by developing a program of mentoring that will teach leaders how to practically live a life of love and devotion to Christ.  Using the Biblical principles of delegation found in Exodus 18, we dream of thousands of leaders meeting weekly in small discipleship groups of approximately 10.  We envision 200 groups of 10 meeting ..2,000 leaders and pastors being mentored .  Each of these pastors oversee churches that they can then teach the same Biblical truths and life skills to; this means 2,000 leaders influencing, leading and teaching hundreds of others. Our ultimate vision is for God to use our ministry to impact the lives of at least 200,000 people weekly throughout South America.  As we invest our lives into the lives of others who invest their lives into the lives of others...etc.,.   We will start in Cochabamba and the surrouning regions, then spread to other major cities, and throughout Bolivia.

Part of this process of ministry will include hosting conferences and broadcasting them live and recorded across the internet.  We will write books, publish articles, utilize email, and seek to communicate truths across every medium that we can find.

We also envision being used of God to reproduce missionaries.  Our prayer and our goal is for at least 100 people to enter into full time, career mission work.

We know that this is impossile for us to do.  None of the above can be achieved using our resources, abilities, gifts or talents.  This is a God-sized vision that can only be completed through the blessings and power of the Holy Spirit.  We also know that God uses people.  We cannot fulfil this dream withouth Christ.  We cannot fulfill this dream without you.

Will you join us as tools in the hands of our Loving Father in reaching a continent for His Glory?
