Our Dream

Therefore, our passion is to equip leaders to live in grace, to walk by faith, and to experience the reality of the life of Christ in their lives. We want to help pastors know God better and love Him more. Our primary goal is to impact the life of the pastor and church leader with the reality of the Spirit-filled life of Jesus!

As part of helping leadership, we are also striving to develop pastors strong in the word. We are not seeking to teach "theology" in the ivory tower sense of the word, but in the shoe leather sense of the word, as well as practical ministry. We want to help pastors learn how to communicate, problem solve, resolve conflicts, plan, prepare, devise programs and become students of their community so that they can discern the best way to reach the most people with the reality and love of the Lord Jesus Christ.
